Through gentle, holistic practices, this work nurtures the natural intelligence of your body, creating conditions for harmony and balance to emerge from within.

Drawing on training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified GAPS and AIP coach, I help clients identify nourishing foods that calm the gut, reduce sensitivities, and support immune balance. This work may be especially supportive for those navigating autoimmune and inflammatory conditions such as Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, celiac, multiple sclerosis, or psoriasis. Through nutritional and lifestyle strategies, I focus on reducing inflammation and strengthening the body’s natural resilience. Because stress plays a central role in immune dysregulation, I begin with gentle, step-by-step lifestyle practices that calm the nervous system and create readiness for deeper healing. By supporting gut–brain communication and neurotransmitter health, integrative approaches can reduce emotional volatility and promote a calmer, more grounded positive mindset.
